July 28- Debate on Operation Sindoor on the first day, Jaishankar said on ceasefire- no talk between Modi and Trump
The Foreign Minister said that Pakistan indicated to stop the fight on 10 May due to diplomatic pressure and heavy losses.
On the sixth day of the monsoon session of Parliament, a 16 -hour debate on Operation Sindoor started in the Lok Sabha. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh started the discussion. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said on Trump’s ceasefire claim- There was no talk between Trump and Prime Minister Modi from 22 April to 17 June. The opposition started an uproar over this matter.
In the midst of the speech of the Foreign Minister, Amit Shah arose twice and said- India’s Foreign Minister is making a statement here, but the opposition does not trust him. Trust another country. Opposition MPs shouted slogans at Makar Gate against the Bihar Special Intensive Revision (SIR).
Several leaders, including Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav in the Lok Sabha, stood on the stairs of Parliament House at Makar Gate and protested against Bihar SIR.
