Friend should not get angry anywhere … Asim Munir, who had dinner in the White House with Trump, now read the stories in praise of China

China-pakistan relations: Pakistan’s Army Chief General Asim Munir called China a ‘true, reliable and tried friend’. He made this statement on Friday during a program organized in Rawalpindi on the occasion of the 98th anniversary of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) of China. Munir’s statement has come at a time when questions are being raised about Pakistan’s growing proximity to America.

General Munir said that “the friendship between China and Pakistan is unwavering in every situation and it has stood the test of time even among regional and global challenges.” He described it as an extraordinary flexible relationship.

China openly appreciated in PLA program

“China-Pak strategic partnership is a symbol of mutual belief, support and shared commitment, which is important to protect regional stability and strategic interests,” Munir said in the presence of Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zaidong, Raksha Athe Mezer Athe Mejar General Wang Jhong and other senior officials.

Donald Trump told ‘Messiah of peace’
This China love of Munir has emerged at a time when he recently met US President Donald Trump and called him ‘Messiah of Shanti’. After this visit to Washington in June, questions were raised about the priorities of Pakistani foreign policy. Critics had said that Pakistan is now giving priority to America compared to China.

Pak cleaning on relations with both China and America
Pakistan Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has said that Islamabad is fully committed to maintaining good and strong relations with both China and America. He made it clear that the growing proximity to America does not mean that Pakistan is keeping distance from China. Dar said that both China and America are important allies for Pakistan and will continue to try to improve their relations with both countries.
