A painful road accident occurred in Hoshiarpur, Punjab on Friday night, in which 12 -year -old Karanjot Singh died and eight others were injured. The accident happened when three bike riders robbers were absconding by robbing the jewelry of a woman and their bike collided with a car.
According to the report of the news agency, the incident is near Pazi village, where the robbers were running towards Maheelpur after robbing the jewelry of the woman. While running away, his bike collided with the car coming from the front, causing the car uncontrollably overturned.
Child died
Five people in the car were injured Lovepreet Singh, Anu, Sonia Rani, Jugraj Singh and Harpreet Singh (all residents of Kalan) were injured. Karanjot Singh died on the spot. All the injured were immediately rushed to the Civil Hospital in Garhashankar, from where two serious injured were referred to Hoshiarpur.
Two of the robbers have been identified as Rahul Kumar and Rohan, who are residents of Chabbewal, while the third has not been identified at the moment. All three have also been admitted to Civil Hospital Garhashankar for treatment.
Criminals were running away after robbing
SHO Sub-Inspector Ramneet Kaur of Maheelpur police station said that the robbers were returning to their village Paddi Suda Singh from their village Paddi Singh from the scooter. The bike riding miscreants near Moranwali village stopped them and snatched the earrings of Amandeep Kaur and escaped. At present, the police is conducting a detailed investigation into the case. Local people are shocked by this incident and are demanding strict action against the robbers.
