In the Janipur area of Patna, there was a stir in the entire area after the burnt bodies of two minor children were found from a house. This sensational case came to light on Thursday, 31 July. Police investigation has revealed that this is a case of unilateral love, in which the accused already knew the victim and used to visit her house.
Patna’s SSP Karthik’s Sharma said that the person who killed Shubham, knew the minor girl beforehand and loved her unilaterally. When the girl did not accept her feelings, she got angry and took this terrible step. Shubham’s friendship with the victim was made through a school student Roshan.
According to the SSP, there was already acquaintance between the accused Shubham and the victim’s family. Shubham’s mother and the victim’s mother worked as a staff in AIIMS. Shubham is a resident of Phulwari Sharif and his friend Roshan Kumar was also involved in supporting her. Both the accused have been arrested by the police.

The senior police officer said that an SIT was formed to investigate the case, which was headed by West City SP. The police resolved the case in just 24 hours and apprehended the accused.
The dead body was set on fire after killing the girl
Investigation revealed that Shubham was living in Pune, but he came to Patna before the incident. He had already planned the murder. He bought a kerosene oil from a grocery store. Then he reached the girl’s house, where the girl opened the door. At that time another minor boy was sleeping in the house. Shubham first attacked him with a brick, then strangled the girl to death. After this, he put kerosene and burnt both and tried to erase the evidence.

FIR lodged against dozens of people including MLA
After the incident, tension spread in the area. People demonstrated by jamming the road. In this case, an FIR has been registered against 10 people including Phulwari MLA Gopal Ravidas of the Grand Alliance, as well as a case has been registered against 30 unknown people. The rest of the people are being identified on the basis of video.
