Delhi Police has arrested a woman and her lover. The woman, along with the lover, conspired to kill her husband. She got her husband killed by paying money and put the corpse in the drain.
The arrested accused have been identified as 34 -year -old Sonia, a resident of Alipur in Delhi and his 28 -year -old lover Rohit. Police said that another accused in the case is Vijay absconding. Vijay is the brother -in -law of Sonia in the relationship and he killed Pritam with a betel nut of 50 thousand rupees.

After the murder, Vijay sent a video and photo of Pritam’s body on Instagram to Sonia and asked for money. After this, Sonia paid her husband’s auto and paid her the remaining amount.

There were more than 10 cases against him. The court also declared him a fugitive. Sonia was 15 when she fell in love with Pritam. The two later got married against the family’s will. They have three children from this marriage, including a 16 -year -old boy and two daughters.
Taxi driver lover is also criminal DCP Harsh Indora further said that Sonia’s lover Rohit also has a criminal record. He has already been involved in four criminal cases related to murder and weapon. Rohit was married in April 2025. He worked as a taxi driver. Even after this, he continued his illicit relationship with Sonia. Both wanted to get married. Due to this, both of them had conspired to remove Pritam from the road.
Lover Rohit has also gone to jail in four criminal cases related to murder and weapon.
Murder mystery solved from mobile DCP Harsh Indora said that Sonia lodged a complaint of disappearance of Pritam at Alipur police station on 20 July. In the complaint, she said that her husband had gone out and did not return. The police initially considered the case as a normal disappearance.
During the investigation, the police team came to know about the mobile number related to Pritam which was being used in Sonepat. This led to the team to Rohit. Reached Police said that Rohit initially misled on inquiry. However, he later broke down and confessed his crime.
Rohit said that Pritam was killed on 20 July itself. After this, Sonia gave Pritam’s mobile somewhere to erase the evidence. However, his intentions changed after seeing precious mobiles.
He threw the mobile SIM and kept the phone with him. A few days later, he put his SIM and turned on the phone. This entire case of murder of Rohit was revealed.
