Adani Group rejected the report
Bloomberg’s report said that Adani Group could deal with Chinese companies byd and Beijing Velion New Energy Technology for battery manufacture in India. The agreement will not be done with the headquarters at Shengen, but with the Assistant Companies of BYD.

Byd has affordable battery technology

Gautam Adani’s group is not looking for any kind of cooperation with BYD for battery manufacturing in India nor is we discussing any deal with Beijing Velion New Energy Technology.

Apart from this, China also wants to prevent technology or transfer of equipment to India and any South-East Asian country. Recently, the restrictions imposed by China on rare meaning materials have also been seen on the Indian car manufacturer.
