NIA (National Investigation Agency) raided a house on Tuesday morning in Shastri Nagar area of Amritsar city of Punjab. The raid was held at the house of a young man named Vishal Sharma, who does immigration (work related to sending abroad) in Ranjit Avenue.

The NIA team reached there in the morning and started a thorough investigation of the documents kept in the house. During the investigation, no member of the house was allowed to go out. During this time the local police was also present there and the security of the area was increased.

NIA is investigating in cases of sending abroad
According to sources, the NIA had received information about some suspicious documents or activities related to the youth’s business. On the basis of which this action has been taken. However, no official confirmation or arrest has been reported in the case yet.
On the other hand, the NIA has been keeping an eye on those who illegally send people abroad from the beginning of this year. The NIA has not confirmed this yet, but according to sources, this investigation is going on about this matter.
