Five journalists were killed in an attack in Gaza by Israel, including Anas Al-Shaf of Qatar’s media house Alajjira. These people died in an Israeli attack on a tent for journalists near Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza city.
According to a report by the news agency AFP, 7 people lost their lives in the attack on the tent on the main gate of Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza city late in the evening. These include Al Jazeera correspondent Mohammad Karikeh and cameraman Ibrahim Zaheer, Mohammad Naufal and Moamen Aliva.

About the Israeli attack, Al Jazeera’s Anas Al-Sharif wrote in his last post, “If these words reach you, then know that Israel has managed to kill me and press my voice, but don’t forget Gaza”. Al Jazeera quoted the head of a local hospital as saying that 4 of his journalists were killed in an Israeli attack on his tent in Gaza city.
IDF told Anas al-Sharif terrorist
Israel Defense Force (IDF) has described Anas as a terrorist. The social media post conducted by the Israeli military said that Hamas terrorist Anas al-Sharif, who used to describe himself as a journalist of Al Jazira. Al-Sharif was the head of a terrorist group of Hamas and attacked Israeli citizens and IDF soldiers with rockets.
The IDF said that intelligence and documents received from Gaza, including rosters, terrorist training lists and salary records, prove that Anas was a Hamas worker associated with Al Sharif Al Jazeera. Also said that the press badge is not a shield for terrorism.
