Honda Electric Motorcycle: Japanese two -wheeler manufacturer Honda recently launched its new electric scooter ‘Honda Activa E’ in the market. Now the company is preparing to introduce its first electric motorcycle in the global market. The company has also released a teaser of this new electric bike on social media. Some information about the look and design of this bike covered with Camoflage has come out.

However, Honda has not yet disclosed the name of this first bike. But it is being told that the company will officially present it on 2 September. Its technical information is yet to be revealed, but this bike may probably be based on the company’s EV Fun concept model, which the company showcased at the EICMA motorcycle show held in Milan, Italy last year.
How is the bike?
The teaser released by Honda gives a glimpse of the TFT dashboard and LED DRL of the motorcycle. Whose design is very similar to EV Fun concept. Other design details revealed in the teaser include LED turn indicators, sharp designs and small tails, pointing to its sporty design.
Talking about the mechanical aspect, the bike has single-shed swingarm, up-side-down (USD) front forks and monoshock suspension systems in the rear. Apart from this, 17-inch wheels equipped with large rear disc brakes and Pirelli Roso 3 tires are also given in the bike. With this teaser

500 cc bike -like performance
If this electric motorcycle will be the production version of EV Fun Concept, then a fixed battery setup will be given in it. As the brand had previously stated, it will be equal to 500 cc motorcycle, so its performance will be almost the same. If this is the case, it can also include the required technology to improve rider ad features and performance, which can be given ride modes, traction control and much more.
Last year, in the EICMA, Honda announced that the technology of several motorcycles was included in the EV Fun concept. Which improve smooth turning and braking. This concept has the CCS2 Quick Charger, which is like the charging standard used in cars. However, it is too early to say anything about the range of the bike. But it is expected that the company will use the powerful battery pack in it which will give it a better driving range.
