The Supreme Court refused to hear the hearing against the closure of pigeonkhans in Mumbai, asked the petitioner to speak in the High Court

The Supreme Court has refused to interfere in the Mumbai pigeonkhana case. The Supreme Court has said that the Bombay High Court is listening to the case. Parallel action cannot be carried out in 2 different courts. Whatever the petitioner says, in the High Court. The case is related to the ban of BMC (Brihannmumbai Municipal Corporation) on putting the pigeons. BMC has ordered the closure of pigeonkhans due to damage to human health due to pigeons.

Many pigeons have gone to Bombay High Court against this move of BMC. On July 24, the High Court refused to order a stay. The bench of High Court Justice GS Kulkarni and Justice Arif Doctor called the health of the people important. The case is still pending in the High Court.

Pallavi Sachin Patil, who hails from Mumbai against BMC’s action and High Court order, reached the Supreme Court. He had challenged several orders, including filing a case against those who put the pigeons, but the Supreme Court Justice JK Maheshwari and Justice Vijay Bishnoi refused to hear the petition. The judges said that whatever the petitioner has to say, he should say in the High Court.
