All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) president and Lok Sabha MP Asaduddin Owaisi condemned the nuclear threat to India from America’s soil on Tuesday (August 12, 2025) on 12 August 2025). During this, he said that the Modi government should give political response to this.
Lok Sabha member from Hyderabad Asaduddin Owaisi said, “India is a strategic partner of America and this misuse of American land is unacceptable to both India and Indians.” He demanded that the central government should register its protest and this issue should be raised strongly before America.
Indian armed forces need modernization- Owaisi
Owaisi said in a post on social media platform X, “The Pakistani army chief’s threats and language against India is condemnable. He did all this from the land of America, due to which the situation has worsened. There is a need for political response from the Modi government on this, not only the statement of the Ministry of External Affairs.
The AIMIM chief said, “Knowing Pakistan’s military intention, India needs to modernize its armed forces. Low budgetary allocation for defense from the Modi government cannot continue anymore. We need to prepare better.”
Foreign Ministry responded to Asim Munir’s threat
