The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has issued direct recruitment notification for a total of 4543 posts including SI (Sub-Inspector), Platoon Commander PAC and constituted women PAC Pahiyas. The application process will start from 12 August 2025 and will run till 11 September 2025. The last date for depositing the fee is also September 11, while the fee adjustment can be done by 13 September.
According to the information, recruitment includes 4242 posts of SI (Sub-Inspector), 135 posts of Platoon Commander PAC, 60 posts of Platoon Commander (Special Security Force) and 106 women posts for women PAC Passengers formed in Badaun, Lucknow and Gorakhpur. Under the mandate, all classes will be given three years exemption for once in the maximum age limit in this recruitment.

Before the application, it will be mandatory for the candidates to get One Time Registration (OTR), the process of which has started from 31 July. In all stages of the examination, Aadhaar based E-KYC will be done with Photo, Fingerprint and IRIS scan. It is mandatory to put recent passport size photos in the application form.
Recruitment will include written examination, record verification and physical efficiency tests. There will be complete restriction on steroids, stimulating or drug intake during physical testing. If this is found, the candidature of the candidate will be canceled and legal action will be taken. Detailed information is available on the board’s website uppbpb.gov.in.
