The bench of Justice JB Pardiwala and R Mahadevan, while hearing the first hearing on the matter, said, “No activist or dog lover can bring back children who were killed due to dogs. Now the time has come to take strict steps.”

The court said that every street and road needs to be freed from stray dogs. Regarding Delhi NCR, he said that government institutions should start action without cared for rules.
