The court on Wednesday sentenced all 11 accused to life imprisonment in a murder case in Jhalu town of Bijnor. Also, a fine of 40-40 thousand rupees was also imposed on each.
On the day of the incident, he went to buy mobiles in the market composed at around 2 pm. Then Sarik, Shadab, Sahbar, Sahajan and Asif, who live in Jhalu, surrounded him and fired bullets. To escape, he entered the mobile shop, but the accused also reached there and continued the firing. Rachit died on the spot.

In the investigation, the names of Wajid, Sameer, Johnny, Hrithik, Matin and Nazim were also included, who were involved in the conspiracy of this murder. The matter went to court and after a long hearing, Additional District Judge First Ram Avtar Yadav convicted everyone.

Statements of 15 witnesses were made in the case filed on the report of the deceased’s father Dharmendra. After the decision, all the accused were sent to jail. Tight security arrangements were made in the court premises.
