A 15 -year -old student was brutally murdered after kidnapping in Kanpur. The deceased has been identified as Kuldeep Nishad, a resident of Gangaganj in Panki. Kuldeep used to plant water-powder in Panki and bear the expenses of his studies from him.
On the evening of August 13, Kuldeep came out of the house with a water-powered cart as usual. By about 11 o’clock in the night, he used to come back with a cart, but he did not return home that day. The family searched around, but it was not found. After this, the family lodged a missing report in Panki police station.
Kuldeep showed in CCTV footage
When the police started the investigation, in a CCTV footage of the area, Kuldeep was seen going towards the highway after 11 pm. After this, he went missing. The next day i.e. on August 14, a dead body was reported lying on the roadside in Shivli area, several kilometers from Panki. When the police and family reached the spot, the body of Kuldeep came out.
Police detained two people
The family alleges that there was a dispute with two people of the area about the planting of water-powder, and they are being doubted. The police have started questioning both of them in custody. However, the real reason behind the murder and the identity of the killers has not been clear yet.
ACP Shikhar Kumar said that, ‘The boy went missing on August 13 and his body was recovered on 14 August. The body has been handed over to the family after the post -mortem. Some suspects are being questioned, but no concrete results have been revealed yet. The matter will be revealed soon.
