On Monday (August 18, 2025) in many cities of the country including Delhi-NCR, mobile users faced problems with the network. However, Jio (JIO) telecom company issued a statement saying that there was no problem in its network. The Jio Network continued to be operated normally throughout the day without any obstruction.
The company made it clear that no problems of any kind in Jio to Jio Network had to be faced. Jio said, “The only problem was seen in a call to a specific affected network customers from Jio numbers, which was caused by downtime on that network. This did not affect the Jio customers who called the calls within the Jio network or connected to any other network. We assure our customers that Jio Network is continuously performing better and services are fully available.
Problem in Airtel’s network
Airtel’s network on Monday in the Delhi-NCR region caused a problem in Airtel’s network. Due to which many users complained of difficulty in calling or receiving. According to the website down detector monitoring the network service, complaints about Airtel Network started at around 3:30 pm and a lot of complaints started coming after about an hour.
What was told by Airtel?
Airtel’s customer service platform said, “We are currently facing hindrance in the network, our team is actively working to resolve this problem and restore services immediately.” We are sorry for inconvenience. ”Many Airtel customers who complained about problems in services received the same answer from Airtel Care.
According to the report of news agency PTI, Airtel has more than 1.9 crore mobile customers in Delhi Circle. On contact, a spokesperson of Airtel said, ‘Our customers of Delhi-NCR have been facing some problems in making voice calls for the last one hour. A large part of the problem has already been solved and our engineers are working to fix it completely.
