US President Donald Trump made a much awaited meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodimir Jailonsky at the White House. The meeting was held with Putin in Alaska exactly two days after his meeting, on which the whole world was eyeing. Many European leaders were also present in this high-level meeting who were insisting on the peace process.
During the meeting, Jailonsky clarified that stopping the war is Ukraine’s top priority. He said that for this purpose, he is ready to talk to the Russian President. Jailonsky also supported Trump’s proposal in which the tripartite summit was suggested and he said that Ukraine is ready for such a conversation.

He blamed former President Joe Biden for Ukraine War, saying, “Biden’s term was corrupt, he is responsible for this war.” Trump also claimed that if he were President, this war would never have started.

Trump said that Putin came to the US land to meet him in Alaska, because he also does not want war. He expressed confidence that if there is a tripartite meeting, then the war will end. Trump said that the world is tired of Ukraine war and now the time has come to end it.
