CM Himanta was present at the Guwahati Medical College Hospital. Where a child died.
Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma claimed that some strange people from some parts of the country are coming to Assam, if they cross the border, they will be arrested. Talking to the media at Guwahati Medical College Hospital, Sarma said that these people were lawyers of Mumbai and Kerala. We are keeping an eye on them. They also came to the state at the time of updating NRC and spoiled the entire process.
Sarma said- “We will not tolerate politics on any radical activity or sensitive issues, whether they are from Kerala, from Mumbai or Delhi. These are fundamentalists who promote and protect some classes activities.”
CM’s charge- Make false relatives of state residents
CM Sarma said- During the NRC process, these people took advantage of the same names. False records were made by entering the names of those who were not eligible to join the list. He claimed that making false relatives of people already living in the state is due to the minds of some persons like social worker Harsh Mandar. These issues have now come up. The last 5 years we have found many such disturbances, and now we are going to present them in the Supreme Court.
