Singhar in Bhopal said- We understood things about Madhya Pradesh and how the BJP formed the government by stealing votes. In this, how the Election Commission played an important role in forming BJP governments.

In the election year 2023, more than 34 lakh names were added to Madhya Pradesh. Add 26 thousand votes every day in the last two months. Total 16 lakh votes were added. In the 2018 elections, BJP got more than 1% votes from Congress. But in 2023 it increased to 8-9%. He alleged that about 8-9% of the votes were stolen in Madhya Pradesh.

This is only a mess in giving voter lists The Leader of Opposition said- The Election Commission says that we have transparency. All parties are our stakeholder. In every election, we give voter list to all political parties. Which lists do they give and which do not give. How to increase or cut votes. This is only a mess in giving voter lists.

Singhar gave examples of disturbances in 27 seats during the press conference.

Singhar said- 16 lakh voters increased in two months Umang Singhar put up the disturbances in the voter list in Madhya Pradesh with an example. Singhar said- In the 2023 assembly elections, about 16 lakh voters had increased in two months. The Election Commission released a letter on 9 June 2023 to the Chief Electoral Officers of Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Mizoram and Rajasthan.

In this, ordered that the voters that were removed in the voter list after June 30, the Election Commission did not give the list. The Commission had clearly written that this list should neither be put on the website nor should anyone be given to anyone.

In response to RTI, the Commission said- we do not keep digital data Singhar said- The Chief Electoral Officer of Madhya Pradesh took out an order on 2 December 2022 that eight and a half lakh fake voters would be removed. However, when asked for information in RTI, the Commission said that we do not keep digital data. Whereas in Rule-32 of the Commission, it is clear that the Commission has to keep data for three years. This is the second mistake of the Commission.

Congress lost 27 seats due to low margin The Leader of Opposition said- There are many such seats in MP. I took out 25-26 seats, where voters increased from 7 to 10 thousand in two months. Assembly candidates nor political parties were given this list. Where there was a difference of 5 thousand votes for defeat and victory, 11 thousand votes increased. Due to this, Congress candidates lost the election by very little margin in about 27 seats.

The Leader of Opposition told the difference of defeat on these seats.

Singhar said-Congress lost these seats due to increasing voters in two months.

The excuse of the file size to include the photo, Umang Singhar said that the Election Commission gives an excuse for ‘privacy’ and ‘file size’ not to include photos in the online voter list. But when the government promotes its plans, photos and videos of the beneficiaries are made public in big public documents and advertisements.
