Father Sanjay alleges that when he went to the police with a complaint about this, he would have fled the reply and will return after 2 days. This case was registered after 24 hours i.e. on the evening of August 12. It was from here that the family’s fury started increasing. The family says that if the police had taken immediate action, perhaps their daughter would have survived.

On August 13, the body of teacher Manisha was found in Singhani village of Bhiwani.

  • 2. There was a deep wound on the neck of the corpse, the police kept the information about the suicide note secret: On August 13, the owner of the field where Manisha’s body was found, informed the police about the dead body. • 3. If the matter increases, the transfer of SP on the instructions of CM, not mentioning suicide even then: When the matter caught up and the picket for justice started, on August 15, on the instructions of CM Naib Saini, a new SP was transferred to Bhiwani SP Manbir Singh. There were orders to suspend 5 personnel including Loharu police station SHO. CM Naib Singh Saini said in a conversation with the media- Manisha is our daughter, the daughter of our family. It is the responsibility of the government to get justice to this daughter and her family. The police is investigating with impartiality and seriousness and soon after the investigation report comes, the strict action will be taken against the culprits. No convict will be spared in this case. They themselves are taking one minute report from the police related to the case. Police is questioning several people. This raised the question whether Bhiwani police officials did not even tell CM Saini that a suicide note has also been received on the day of Manisha’s body. If CM had known suicide, why would he talk about action on the culprits?
