16,632 hectares (41,099 acres) of land in Fazilka district of Punjab have been hit by floods. Apart from this, 10,806 hectares in Ferozepur, 11,620 in Kapurthala, 7,000 in Pathankot, 9,928 in Taran Taran and 5,287 hectares of crops in Hoshiarpur have been wasted.
