Up news: Big administrative news has come out from the capital Lucknow. The Uttar Pradesh government has issued a transfer order of IPS officers. Under this order, a total of eight IPS officers have been given new responsibility. Of these, three districts Shamli, Kanpur Dehat and Shravasti Superintendent of Police (SP) have been replaced.
According to the order issued by the government, RS Gautam was still the SP of Shamli, he has been made SP PTS Moradabad. At the same time, Narendra Pratap Singh has been appointed as the new SP of Shamli.
Similarly, Arvind Mishra was still in the post of SP Kanpur Dehat, he has been given new responsibility and now he will be SP EOW (Economic Offenses Branch) Lucknow. Shraddha Narendra Pandey has been replaced by SP Kanpur countryside.

Police captains have also been replaced in Shravasti district. SP Ghanshyam here has been appointed SP Vigilance, while Rahul Bhati has been given the responsibility of SP Shravasti.
Apart from this, Lakhan Singh Yadav has been given the responsibility of DCP Noida Police Commissionerate to Lakhan Singh Yadav in the administrative reshuffle.
This transfer of IPS officers is considered important in terms of law and order. Especially by the deployment of new officers in the border and sensitive districts, the administration is trying to bring strictness and agility. Sources say that in view of the upcoming festivals, the state government has carried out these transfers, so that better coordination and effective policing can be ensured in the districts.
