Noida-Greater Noida cleared the way for the registry of flats, Minister said- NOC will be found home- Noida Greater Noida Flat Registry NOC Ravindra Jaiswal LCLNT

Minister of State (Independent Charge) of Uttar Pradesh’s Stamp, Court Fees and Registration, Ravindra Jaiswal has said that the delay in flat registry in Noida and Greater Noida is not being delayed by their departmental reasons, but due to this, there is a dispute between builders and local development authorities about the “No Objection Certificate” (NOC).

There will be no delay after meeting arrears and conditions
Jaiswal said that as soon as the builders get NOC from Noida, Greater Noida or Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, the Registry Department immediately takes action and registers the property of buyers. He made it clear that his department is fully ready and as soon as the builders fulfill all the arrears and conditions, there will be no delay in the registry.

Because of this NOC is not available
The minister explained that there are three local development authorities in Gautam Buddha Nagar district – Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Authority. These authority allocate land to the builders, collects installments and other charges and approve the project. But when the builders delay the payment or do not meet the conditions, then they do not get NOC and cannot be NOC registry.

He said, “As soon as the builders bring the NOC, our department registers at the same time. There is no delay in it.”

Buyers often perform
Thousands of flat buyers in Noida and Greater Noida have been waiting for the registry for a long time. Many people have got possession of apartments, but due to lack of registry, they are not able to become legally owners. Due to this problem, buyers also perform often, especially on Saturday-Sunday when a large number of people gather.

Lizhold nature of land also remains a challenge for buyers. Many people want their property to be converted into freeholds so that they can take advantage of their property in future also.

This statement of the minister by the government is considered to be a sign of relief for thousands of buyers, who have been waiting for the registry for years. Now buyers hope that the builder will soon take the arrears and take the NOC and the way for the registry will be cleared.
