In Gurugram, Haryana, a case of implicating an elderly in a honeytrap has come to light. Two women befriended the elderly over the phone. Then a woman made physical relations with her. After this, threatened to implicate the elderly in the rape case and demanded Rs 10 lakh.

However, the elder told the whole thing to his daughter in time and lodged a complaint at Palam Vihar police station. After this, the police arrested both the accused women and their associate lawyers in collaboration with Haryana Women’s Commission and Ekam Nyaya Foundation.

The accused have been identified as Kanchan (24) alias Kritis, Asha (47) alias Renu, resident of Ratna Vihar in Delhi and Advocate Kuldeep Malik (40), resident of Ratna Vihar in Delhi, and advocate Kuldeep Malik (40), resident of Ratna Vihar in Delhi.

Missed by calling a miss on the phone, the elderly implicated In the complaint to the Palam Vihar police station, the victim’s daughter said that the two accused women befriended her width father by making a missed call on the phone on 24 May. After this, conversations started from both sides. On May 4, the accused women came to his house near the elderly. One of them made physical relations with the elderly.

Ask 10 lakh rupees by making physical relations The victim’s daughter said- The woman who made physical relations went away after a while saying that “the work was done, the evidence was found.” Shortly thereafter, threatening calls started coming to the father’s blackmail. 10 lakh rupees were being sought from him. He was being threatened that if he did not give money, he would get trapped in a false case of rape. They were getting calls from different numbers.

Women file a rape case against the elderly The complainant said that when his father did not listen to the women, the accused registered a rape case against the father at the police station on 18 June. When the case was discovered, the family approached his lawyer Ankit Gupta and Deepika Narayan Bhardwaj, director of Ekam Nyaya Foundation on 11 July.

The victim complained to DCP, handed over call recording According to the victim’s daughter, after this, he met DCP Karan Goyal on 21 July and apprised him of the case. The police were also given an audio recording, in which the lawyer named Kuldeep Malik is asking the women and their gang to get a final deal for Rs 6 and a half lakh instead of 10 to free the elderly. He is saying that women run a network throughout Haryana. They will implicate you. He also said that take the deal, I will finish the case at the very first date.

Accused arrested from Gurugram The elder’s daughter said that with the evidence, she lodged an FIR against women and threatening lawyers on 27 August. After this, the police arrested these three from Gurugram on 31 August. Among them Kanchan and lawyer Kuldeep Malik are residents of Rohtak. Whereas, Asha is a resident of Delhi.

Police said- accused works in Nari Niketan Police spokesperson Sandeep Kumar said that the accused woman Asha works in Nari Niketan in Delhi. He gathered information about the victim elderly. Then to carry out the incident, he along with his friend Kanchan got a false case of rape.
