A good news has come in early September and the LPG gas cylinder has become cheaper. Oil marketing companies have cut cylinders by up to Rs 51.50. However, this time also the prices of 19 kg commercial LPG gas cylinders have been reduced. After the latest cuts, the price of a commercial gas cylinder in Delhi has come down to Rs 1580. Earlier, its prices were reduced in the month of August. However, no change has been given in the prices of 14 kg domestic gas cylinders and it remains stable. After the change, the new prices have been implemented from 1 September 2025.
These new rates from today after cuts
Commercial gas cylinders in New Delhi have been reduced from Rs 1631.50 to Rs 1580 after the new rates updated on IOCL’s website, on September 1. Apart from this, it was getting Rs 1734.50 in Kolkata, which will now get Rs 1684. In Mumbai too, its prices have come down by Rs 1582.50 to Rs 1531.50, while a cylinder in Chennai has been reduced from Rs 1789 to Rs 1738.
