Railway Gift For UP Bihar: Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav visited the Integral Coach Factory in Chennai on Friday (January 10). During this, he conducted a thorough inspection of Vande Bharat rake, Amrit Bharat train coaches and Vistadome dining car. On this occasion, the Minister emphasized on the development of major projects of Indian Railways and informed about the work done towards improving trains.
While giving information about the new version-2 of Amrit Bharat train, the Railway Minister said that it has been specially designed for poor and middle class families. He said, “Amrit Bharat train has been designed keeping in mind the low income group under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi.” New features have been included in this version such as improvement in coupling, facility of pantry car, change in design of berth and new design of air window.
Facility of mobile holder and charging points in the train
Ashwini Vaishnav said that like Vande Bharat train, Amrit Bharat train has also been designed keeping in mind the convenience of the passengers. He said that new features like mobile holders, charging points and facility to open and close windows have been included in the train so that the journey can be made more comfortable.
CCTV cameras installed in all coaches of the train
Amrit Bharat is a superfast express train operated by Indian Railways, which has 22 coaches and its speed is up to 130 km per hour. 1,834 passengers can travel at a time in this train. Apart from this, CCTV cameras have also been installed in all the coaches of the train to ensure the safety of the passengers.
Let us tell you that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had flagged off Amrit Bharat Express in December 2023. This train is going to connect Delhi to Ayodhya and will go from Delhi to Darbhanga via Gorakhpur, which will be a big convenience for the people traveling in North India.
