SSC Constable Recruitmet How to Apply: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is inviting applications for recruitment to the posts of Constable and Head Constable. Eligible and interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website ssc.gov.in. Remember, the last date to apply is 15 October 2025.
In this recruitment examination, 737 posts of constable driver male in Delhi Police will be filled. Head Constable AWO/Tpo in Delhi Police – 370 posts for men, 182 posts for women are vacant. The last date for submission of applications is on October 15, 2025, 11 pm.
The last date and time of online fee payment is on October 16, 2025, till 11 pm. Apart from this, if you want to make some improvement in the application form, then you can do it from 23 to 25 October 2025, 11 pm. Possible examination will be held in December 2025 or January 2026.

Eligibility Mandad:
To apply, potential candidates must ensure that they meet eligibility requirements. Like applicant should be an Indian citizen.
Age limit: The age of the candidates applying for the post of Constable should be between 21 to 30 years by July 1, 2025, and the age of the candidates applying for the post of head constable should be between 18 and 27 years. There is a discount in the upper age limit for reserved category candidates.
Constable Qualifications: The candidate has passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary) or equivalent examination from a recognized board. Candidate should be able to drive heavy vehicles with confidence. He should have a valid driving license for heavy motor vehicles. There should be knowledge of maintenance of vehicles.
Head Constable Qualifications: For this post, the candidate has passed 12th grade with science and mathematics subjects from a recognized board, or has obtained the National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the trade of mechanic-lesser electronic communication system.
The candidate should be efficient in computer operations. It will have to write 1000 kg-depression in 15 minutes. Apart from this, the head constable should come to open/shut down the computer, printing, use MS office, save and amend the typed text, paragraph setting and numbering.
Application fee:
The application fee for both posts is ₹ 100. However, women candidates and Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and ex -servicemen (ESM) candidates have been exempted from payment of fees. The fee can be paid through BHIM UPI, Net Banking or Visa, MasterCard, Mestro Card or Rupay Debit Card.
