India has filed an official complaint with the ICC against Pakistan cricketers Haris Rauf and Sahibzada Farhan, who made inflammatory gestures during the Asia Cup Super-4 match.
Dubai: Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav was left cheaply during the ICC official hearing in front of ICC match referee Richie Richardson, but no one knows what will happen in the case of Sahibzada Farhan and Haris Rauf of Pakistan today.
Sahibzada-Raf denied allegations
Pakistani batsmen Sahibzada and Rauf have denied the allegations against themselves in writing, which is why they may have to appear before Richie Richardson, the referee of the ICC Elite Panel for hearing.
Haris was pointing to plane crash
Haris Rauf made a gesture like a plane crash during the match against India on 21 September. The same Sahibzada Farhan celebrated in gun style after a half -century. It is believed that the BCCI lodged a complaint against both of them on Wednesday and sent an email to the ICC.
Surya refused to join hands
Earlier, Suryakumar refused to join hands with Pakistan players in the match held on 14 September and then dedicated India’s victory to the Indian Armed Forces who carried out Operation Sindoor in May. He also expressed solidarity towards the victims of the Pahalgam terror attack.
Surya was left only by giving advice
Richardson explained to him that he should not make any kind of comment, which could be considered as political nature. The ban is not yet known. Since it falls under Level 1, it can either be a warning or a financial fine of 15 percent reduction in match fees.
