Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar came to visit flood affected areas in Dharashiv of Marathwada on Thursday. Here a video of his interaction with farmers has surfaced, in which he is seen angry at the demand for debt waiver.

Many areas are in flood after heavy rains and rivers in the districts of Marathwada since 20 September. So far nine people have died and more than 30 thousand hectares of crops have been ruined. The state government has announced a relief amount of Rs 2,215 crore.
Pawar said- will write letters to Shah for help
Pawar said that he does not want to do politics and likes to tell the truth. He said that the state government will also seek help from the Center for flood affected farmers. For this, Union Home Minister will send a letter to Amit Shah.
During the Marathwada tour, Ajit Pawar reviewed the damage to crops and houses in Beed and nearby districts. The opposition has already demanded the government to declare Marathwada a disaster affected area and give immediate relief.
