New Delhi. In the Asia Cup, the Indian team ended the end of the Super 4 with the exciting win of the Super Over against Sri Lanka. After losing the toss, Team India batted first and scored 202 runs for 5 wickets on the basis of Abhishek Sharma’s fifty. On behalf of Sri Lanka, Pathum Nisanka hit a century and a match was tied. In the super over, Arshdeep Singh’s outstanding bowling gave India an easy win. Rinku Singh was not named in the playing XI during the match but due to Hardik Pandya going out, he got a chance to field.
12 players landed against Sri Lanka?
The Indian team fielded their 12 players on the field in the last Super 4 match of the Asia Cup. However, not together, but as 12th player, Rinku Singh got a chance to field in the match. Hardik Pandya was not on the ground and he took the front in fielding. He went out only after doing an over in the match. So far, Rinku Singh, who was waiting to play the first match in the Asia Cup, was sent by coach Gautam Gambhir and captain for fielding.
