The victim has alleged that SDM Una Vishwa Mohan Dev Chauhan forcibly made physical relations in her office on August 10. Later, blackmailing the rest house also formed relations and threatened by showing videos.
The SDM is also accused of marrying, threatening to kill, and chasing. According to the victim, on August 27, pushed from the house. On August 28, a complaint was made to the Women’s Commission and an FIR was lodged with the police on 23 September.
Victim Bid- Relationship in office, then called rest house
- Took the personal cabin of the office: The victim said that she had a conversation with SDM on social media. The officer called him his office several times. Finally, when she reached the SDM office on August 10, the officer took her to the personal room. There he placed his hand on the young woman’s shoulders, grabbed the arm and applied it to his chest. After this, made physical relations.
- Wrote wrong name in rest house: The officer called him to the rest house Una on 20 August. By messaging the victim, the victim said- go there and write your name Sneha and tell yourself Assistant Professor Solan. Pion will open your room. The victim reached the rest house of around 07:45 pm, but the world Mohan Dev came around 10:00 pm.
- Videos of physical relationships shown: The victim said- that day also the officer forced a physical relationship. When the woman said to complain, the officer assured to marry again. On the same day, the officer also showed a video of the physical relations made on 10 August. The victim accused the officer of blackmailing it on the basis of video
- Threat to get killed whenever you want: The victim told the police- When she spoke for marriage again, the SDM said- she has already been engaged and she is the ruler of Una. Nobody can spoil his (SDM). I can get you away from my life too. The victim contacted several times after this to delete her video, but she said that she would not deal with the video. Black mail continued on this matter.
What happened in the last one month ..
- Pushed out of the house: The victim told the police that on August 27, she reached SDM’s house. The officer pushed him out of the house. When the voice of a elderly came on his noise, he said- he is the grandfather of Vishwa Mohan Dev. The victim told the grandfather the whole thing.
- Complained to the Women’s Commission on August 28: According to the victim, on August 28, she filed a complaint online with the National Commission for Women. On September 8, when Vishwa Mohan Dev came to know, the officer repeatedly called him and pressured him to withdraw the complaint.
- Audi car chased: The victim told the police- On September 17, her Audi car number HR-26-8002 saw near Vishwa Mohan, which chased her from the old bus stand to the bridge adjoining the petrol pump. She ran away from her house with fear. She was scared after this incident.
- Complaint to SP, DIG and DGP on 23 September: On 23 September, the victim sent complaints to SP Una, DIG Northern Range Dharamshala and DGP Himachal. On the same day, the Una police underwent FIR in Una Sadar police station under Section 69, 351 (2) of the Indian Justice Code.
Women’s Commission also took cognizance The Women’s Commission has also taken cognizance in this case of rape. Vidya Devi, chairman of the Women’s Commission, said that she has called SP Una and directed to conduct a fair inquiry into the matter, while the police has got the victim medical. ASP Una Surendra Sharma said that the police has registered a case on September 23 on the complaint of the victim. The police is engaged in investigation and the search for SDM is going on.
