The Border Security Force (BSF) on Sunday launched a search operation after receiving information about a suspected Pakistani drone activity on the international border in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir. Officials said that the Pakistani drone was seen hovering over the village of Karlian in Ramgarh sector at 6.30 am, after which he disappeared.
The BSF personnel immediately started a search operation in the village and the surrounding areas to confirm not demolishing arms or drugs from across the border.

BJP-Congress came together in protest against liquor factory in Kerala
Villagers on Saturday staged a strong protest against a proposed liquor factory in Ellapully village in Palakkad district of Kerala. Elderly women and children also attended the demonstration. Villagers allege that a private company has started preparing to build a liquor unit, while they are opposing it.
The protest started when the company sent laborers for cleaning on the site. The workers started the work of cutting trees and removing shrubs. The villagers stopped the Arthamawar rushed to the spot and shouted slogans against the liquor factory.
Congress and BJP workers also participated in this protest. In January, the state cabinet gave a conditional approval to set up a liquor factory to the Oasis Commercial Private Limited.
