Different areas of Maharashtra have been raining heavy rains since Saturday night. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Jalna, Beed, Latur, Nanded, Hingoli and Parbhani districts have flood -like conditions. The Meteorological Department has issued a red alert of rain in the state even today.
Due to heavy rains, 11,500 people were taken to safe areas due to the possibility of Jaikwadi dam water in some districts from Marathwada area on Monday. At the same time, 2 people died due to drowning in flood water in Dharashiv district.
