With the return of monsoon, people are suffering from heat in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Rajasthan besides the country’s capital Delhi. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), there is a possibility of heavy rains during Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and Gujarat from September 29 to October 1.
According to IMD, Delhi will be cloudy on Monday (September 29, 2025). Light drizzle may occur in Delhi-NCR on 30 September and 1 October. The maximum temperature in the capital can range from 36 to 38 degrees.
When will it rain in UP
The weather is likely to remain dry in most areas of Uttar Pradesh. Light rain may occur in eastern UP in the next 2-3 days. Meteorologist Atul Kumar Singh said that there is a possibility of rain on the occasion of Dussehra, but the rain will be light. The sky will be clearly visible in most districts of the state on Monday. On Monday, Varanasi, Chandauli, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Sonbhadra, Prayagraj, Pratapgarh, Jaunpur, Bhadohi, Mau, Azamgarh, Gorakhpur, Ghazipur, Ayodhya, Basti, Ballia, Deoria, Siddharthnagar, Shravasti, Banda, Lakhimpur Kheri, Agra and Mathura will be sunny due to which people will be worried due to which people will be worried.
Today, the maximum temperature in the state’s Rajdhani Lucknow will be close to 35 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature is expected to be 26 degrees Celsius. Apart from this, the same temperature is expected to remain in Sitapur, Amethi, Rae Bareli, Unnao and Barabanki.
Rain is expected on 1 October in Bihar
People are very upset with the humid heat in Bihar too. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains are expected in many districts of Bihar from October 1 to 4, while on 3-4 October, very heavy rains are expected in some places.
Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra will rain
In Chhattisgarh, continuous rain is estimated from 29 September to 4 October. In some places, there may be shower with thunderstorms. Talking about Maharashtra, a warning of heavy to very heavy rain has been issued in Mumbai, Palghar, Thane, Pune, Nashik and Marathwada. Today, there is a possibility of very heavy rainfall in North Konkan including Mumbai.
The weather became dry in the mountains
Talking about the mountains, the weather will be clear in most areas in Uttarakhand today, there will be partial clouds at some places. Light shower may occur in altitude areas. Most of the weather in Himachal Pradesh is going to be dry this week. According to Meteorological Center Shimla, the weather will be clear in the entire state from September 29 to October 3 and there is no possibility of rain.
On October 4, there can be a slight change in the weather. There is a possibility of light rain in Kinnaur and Lahul-Spiti, while the weather will remain dry in the lower areas.
