RRB Recruitment 2025: Recruitment on 8,875 posts in Railways, pass graduate – Railway Recruitment Board Releases 2025 NTPC Vacancy Notification 8000 Posts RTTW

There is good news for the youth preparing for a government job. Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has recruited 8,875 posts for NTPC by 2025. Of these, 5,817 post graduate pass and 3,058 posts are for undergraduate passes for youth. The highest recruitment at the graduation level is for the goods train manager, whose number is 3,423. Apart from this, Junior Accounts Assistant-cum-Typist (921 posts) and Station Master (615 posts) are also included.

Through the recruitment of Graduate Post in Railways, recruitment will be done on the posts of Senior Clerk-cum-Typist (638 posts), Chief Commercial-cum-Ticut Supervisor (161 posts) and Traffic Assistant (59 posts) in Metro Railway. Commercial-cum-ticket clerk (2,424 posts) for graduation level (12th pass) candidates are the highest posts. Apart from this, accounts are also a vacancy of clerk-cum-typist (394 posts), junior clerk-cum-typist (163 posts) and train clerk (77 posts). The Railway Board has instructed all zones and units that reservation rules for SC, ST, OBC and EWS should be implemented correctly in recruitment.

The exam will be conducted in two phases:

CBT-1 (screening test):

General Awareness: 40
Mathematics: 30
General intelligence and logic: 30
Duration: 90 minutes
Negative Marx- 0.25 points for each wrong answer

CBT-2 (Post-specific test):
Total Question: 120
General Awareness: 50
Mathematics: 35
General intelligence and logic: 35
Duration: 90 minutes
Negative marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
