In Madhya Pradesh, major action has been revealed regarding CM helpline. Complaints of fake and misleading calls on this grievance redressal have increased the concern of the government. To stop this, the government has issued instructions to all district collectors.
In fact, some time ago, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav found in the review meeting of CM Helpline that its purpose is to solve the problems of the general public quickly, but many people are misusing it and registering false complaints and trying to blackmailing. Due to this, the complaints of the real needy are not settled in time and there is unnecessary burden on government resources.
After this, the CM Helpline Office issued an order to all the district collectors and asked to prepare a list of fake, habitual false and blackmailing complainants. In this list, the name, mobile number, number of complaints and comments about them will be mandatory.

This means that strict action will be taken against those who misuse the helpline and with the intention of blackmailing. Reports of such complaints have been sought from all districts regularly, so that this trend can be fully curbed.
