“Where is the law to punish the whole family?”, SP MP Awadhesh Prasad spoke on Bulldozer Justice

SP MP Awadhesh Prasad raised serious questions on bulldozer action. He said that there is no provision to demolish the house of the accused anywhere in Indian law and constitution. Referring to a 2024 decision of the Supreme Court, he said that demolishing the houses of individuals in response to alleged crimes is a violation of legal processes.
