Mahabahs on bulldozer action, secret of law or fear of fear?

In Aaj Tak’s program ‘Debate Baazigar’, a student questioned the bulldozer action as a collective punishment. Asked why the whole family should be punished for the crime of a person. A speaker said that “the bulldozer is good, until you are coming towards your house.”
