In this case, the record keeper of Tis Hazari Court, Anshul Singhal, filed a complaint, on the basis of which a case was filed on 22 September under the relevant sections of the Indian Code.

This affected the entire process of the court. After this, the police started technical investigation. The IP address and call data records were analyzed, in which it was revealed that the accused was constantly using fake email ID. The hideout was changing again and again.
This was the reason that it became difficult to track him. But the police did not give up. Through the local intelligence network and manual search, the accused was discovered from Chaman Park area of ​​old Mustafabad. While arresting him from his house, the police recovered a mobile phone, a SIM card and a router, which he was using in this crime. During interrogation, Imran accepted his crime.
The accused said that he had heard about a webx video conferencing platform from an acquaintance and attended the court hearing. But there he deliberately spent the spectacle.
