In many districts of Bihar, heavy rains have created flood -like conditions. The roads are flooded, houses and shops are flooded, and life has become completely disturbed. Districts like Rohtas, Gopalganj, Muzaffarpur, Motihari, Madhepura, Sitamarhi, Bagaha, Raxaul, Madhubani, Supaul, Saharsa, Kishanganj and Purnia are badly affected.
