On April 5, 2025, the police received a complaint from the Bondasi District Jail Superintendent that Subhash, who was serving a life sentence from 23 February 2021 under FIR No. 67 under police station Sector-50, had gone on parole on January 24.
The police have arrested the absconding accused by taking parole from Gurugram jail.

According to the jail superintendent, Subhash was to reach the district jail on 5 April. However, this prisoner did not appear in jail even after the parole period was completed. On the basis of the complaint, an FIR was lodged under the Haryana Sadhari Bandi (Temporary Relations) Act in the police station Bhundasi.

The police team of Crime Branch Sector-40 and Thana Bhondsi took joint action and apprehended Subhash. The police got input that he was living in Tamil Nadu. The police arrested him on 4 October and reached Gurugram with him.
Subhash’s criminal record revealed that he was serving a life sentence in the murder case. In Delhi and Tamil Nadu, he was cutting absconding to escape from the police.
