The conspiracy of ‘fake kidnapping’ in Lucknow, father -son conspirators, four accused arrested – Fake Abduction Plot Defame Police Unravels Lucknow uttar Pradesh Opnm2

The police uncovered a fake kidnapping conspiracy in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. In this case, the police have arrested three members of the same family and a local leader who had prepared a kidnapping drama to tarnish the image of Uttar Pradesh Police.

According to a police officer, a person named Subhash (22) hatched a conspiracy with his father Ramkumar (52) and younger brother Shubham (19) on the night of 27 September. Subhash called the police helpline 112 and spoke in abusive language. Police reached the spot and brought him to the police station.

After a while in the police station, the police left Subhash at around 2 pm. But after 20 minutes, his father called in the police station and claimed that his son was missing. By the next morning, the matter had caught fire. The family and some local leaders started making noise of kidnapping.

They also launched a campaign against the police on social media. It was alleged that the police had picked up the young man. The matter started taking political color in police station Gosaiganj. The family already had a dispute with the police and was encouraged by some people at the local level.

Assistant Commissioner of Police Rishabh Runwal said that the accused created a false story to pressurize the police and draw attention. First showed the son missing, then accused the police. After this, investigation of this case was started. Police searched more than 200 CCTV footage.

During this, Subhash’s mobile location was tracked. Movement was recreated. This proved that he kept changing the place all the time. Contact the family with different numbers. An attempt was made to confuse the police. But as the investigation proceeded, layers of the story opened.

Police on Friday arrested Subhash, his father Ramkumar, younger brother Shubham and local leader Akhilesh (45). A case has been registered against the four under sections 308 (6) and 248A of the new Indian Code. Police records revealed that a case has been registered against him earlier.

The ACP said, “Such false cases ruin both police time and resources. Every minute spent in chasing the lies, it is taken away with the help of the person who is really needed. ”He also said that five teams of 15 policemen were formed before Dussehra for investigation.

This was the time when the police should have been deployed in the protection of festivals, but we had to put this trap of lies in solving. This case once again left the question that when the law begins to be used for conspiracy in personal resentment, then it becomes difficult to investigate real crimes.
