According to the police, Rinku was living in Maitri Vihar area of ​​Bhubaneswar with fake identity for some time. Rinku used to try to make a buzz in the convoy with Personal Security Officer (PSO) and Personal Assistant (PA). So that people feel that it is in a big government post.
According to the information, Rinku used to lure people to get jobs in government and private sectors and used to charge huge amount in return. He used to make contact with influential people by taking the name of her fake women empowerment organization and described himself as a social worker working for women’s rights.
When Rinku’s activities were suspected, the Commissionerate Police approached the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). The ministry confirmed that no such person or organization exists. After this, the police took action and arrested Rinku and his associate Maninder.
