Topichainov said that China had sought RD-93 engine from Russia as a temporary arrangement for Jet and the possibility of their possible transfer to Pakistan was mentioned in NDA and UPA governments during the Prime Minister of Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Dr. Manmohan Singh.
