On the complaint of the victims of Sambhal, Amroha and Moradabad districts of Uttar Pradesh, 13 FIRs have been lodged against Javed Habib and his son Anas so far. The first case was registered at Raisatti police station in Sambhal.

The victims say that Javed Habib and his son Anas got them invested in bitcoin and binance coin by giving them the greed for giving them 50 to 75% profit within 1 year. When Investor went to ask for his money, he was told that the company was closed. Javed Habib and his son Anas also did not meet the victims. The victims have filed a case against Javed Habib, his son Anas Habib, Saiful and others. Saiful was said to be the director of the follicle global company.
