In the month of October, heavy rains are going on in Bihar, due to which life has been disturbed in many districts. So far 10 people have lost their lives due to rain, thunderstorms and lightning. The Meteorological Department has issued rain alert in many districts of the state for the next two days. Roads are submerged in districts like Rohtas, Gopalganj, Muzaffarpur, Motihari, Raxaul and Bagaha, houses have been flooded and hospitals have also been affected.
