In the video, Rahul Gandhi is seen talking to the students appearing for the BPSC exam. In this, students are seen talking about problems ranging from leaking of questions to lack of normalization.
Examinees narrated their problems to Rahul Gandhi
Candidates told that due to technical glitch on the portal, 80 thousand candidates could not apply. It was told that the children did not get the question paper in a hall at Bapu Examination Centre. When we protested against this, the government blamed us.

There was no notification regarding opposition to normalization that it would not be implemented. But instead scaling was talked about. Students say that scaling happens in UPSC Mains, not in PT.

A student told that there is a racket running in Bihar, which gives out the papers of all competitive examinations.
