Senior leader of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Suresh Joshi (Bhaiyaji Joshi) said that sometimes violence is also necessary to protect religion. During a program in Gujarat, he gave the example of Mahabharata and said that Hindus are always committed to protecting their religion. To protect our religion, we will have to do those things which other people will call unrighteous. Our great men have also done such work.
Giving the example of Mahabharata, Joshi said, "Its biggest example is the war of Mahabharata. There was the side of Kauravas, there was side of Pandavas. The side of the Kauravas was considered to be unrighteous and the Pandavas stood in favor of religion. Kauravas followed all the rules of war, Pandavas, keeping aside the rules of war, dedicated all their personal efforts to conquer unrighteousness and worked to eliminate unrighteousness. This is what the wisdom of unrighteousness and unrighteousness teaches. There is religion, there is the element of non-violence, but to protect non-violence sometimes we have to take the basis of violence, otherwise how will the element of non-violence be protected?"
What did Bhaiyaji say about peace in the world?
According to Indian Express, speaking on the establishment of peace in the world, Joshi said, “Peace can be established only by the one who takes everyone along.” Every community can follow its own path, but how will peace be maintained if they do not allow others to follow their own path?"

RSS leader said, "Apart from India, there is no other country which takes everyone along. this is ours "Vasudev Kutumbakam" Is the path to. When we say India must be strong, we need to tell the world that India and Hindus being strong is in the best interest of everyone. It will protect the weak and helpless."
