The victim girl, who was a victim of physical harassment after rape in Chotteanikkara, Kerala, died in a hospital on Friday. The 20 -year -old girl along with her 24 -year -old boyfriend carried out the incident. The police had registered a case against the accused in this case under the Code of Justice of India and the Poxo Act related sections. The accused boy has been arrested. A team of police is being investigated in this case.
According to the complaint lodged by the victim’s mother, her daughter was found unconscious after barbarity in her house. Blood was coming out of his private part continuously. Panchayat member Pradeep Kumar said, “His condition was very bad. She could not even get up from the ground. We immediately took him to the local hospital, but seeing his condition, the doctors referred him to the medical college. There he was placed on a ventilator. ”
According to the information, the victim lived with her mother. His father had died long ago. A few days ago, after the threat of her boyfriend and friends, her mother had gone to another place. The victim used to study in special school. But he was very ruthless. Deep marks of injury were found in many places on his throat and body. The accused knew the victim beforehand. But he used to persecute him constantly mentally and physically.
The victim’s mother told that he used to come to her house often. He was agitated after neighbors protested against his arrival. Earlier, people had complained against him in the police station earlier. A police officer said that the victim died on Friday afternoon. His body was sent for postmortem. After his report and the statements of the doctors concerned, a case of murder can be registered against the accused youth.
On the complaint of the victim’s mother, a case of physical attack and sexual abuse was registered against the accused youth under the relevant provisions of the Indian Justice Code. Along with this, a related section of the Poxo Act has also been imposed on it. In the initial inquiry, the accused has admitted that he went to the victim’s house on the night of 26 January. During this, there was a fight between the two. However, he has not accepted physical abuse and other allegations.
