The state saw a drop in maximum temperature due to cold wave. On January 30, the day temperature was recorded at 24.7 degrees in Hisar, while the temperature fell to 6 degrees on 31 January. Similarly, the temperature in Jind fell to 15 degrees.

Possibility of up to 50 percent rainfall Meteorologists say that a weak western disturbance has reached the northern mountainous regions, whose cyclonic circulation is slowly moving over Western Punjab and Pakistan.

Due to this effect, light to mid -rain and light snowfall may occur in the areas of Northern Hill Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand. There is also a possibility of hailstorm along with 40-50% rainfall in the districts of Haryana adjacent to Punjab.

The rest of the place is likely to be partial cloudy and 10-20 % scattering slight drizzle. Fog will also be seen by increasing moisture content due to moving southern eastern winds.

Changes in weather till 5 February According to Dr. Madan Khichad, Head of Department of Agriculture Meteorological Department of Haryana Agricultural University (HAU), the weather can be seen in the state till February 5. There is a possibility of change in the state weather due to partial effects of 2 consecutive western disturbances.

3 accidents due to haze On Friday, accidents occurred in many places due to mist. 2 private buses collided in Jind. In which 10 passengers were injured. Roadways bus collided with a truck in Fatehabad. In which 3 passengers were injured. There were 40 people in this bus. On the other hand, 5 vehicles collided with each other at 2 places on Delhi-Alwar Road in Nuh. In which many people suffered injuries.
